I’m Alan Byrd, the aforementioned “husband” mentioned above.  I consider myself a man of many hats.  First and foremost, I’m just redneck nerdie geek from Southeast Alabama who was lucky to find a gorgeous wife from Tallahassee years ago. I’m a remote IT administrator who happens to also run a property management company here on St. George Island for the past few years.  During the pandemic, I got my real estate license and hung it with Anchor Realty as well.  With that license, I serve as my wife’s realty partner and digital marketing “guru”. It’s a wonderful partnership that brings both our strengths to bear as real estate agents here on the island. I truly believe working with us will not only be a productive experience for you, but an enjoyable one as well.
